Charley Jaspera, Office Manager and Senior Editor at NPC Research, is responsible for editing and formatting reports and grant proposals, managing the NPC website, managing office systems, editing the NPC newsletter, seeking new grant opportunities, and serving on various committees. He also contributes graphic design.
Mr. Jaspera has more than 20 years experience assisting research efforts pertaining to criminal justice, juvenile crime prevention, early childhood intervention, mentorship, and violence prevention. His background also includes several years in corporate communications for regional and national organizations including U.S. Bank and Associated Builders and Contractors. He has volunteered for community organizations as a board president, newsletter editor, webmaster, group facilitator, and tutor. Mr. Jaspera holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Oregon and a Master of Education degree from Cambridge College in partnership with the Institute for Humane Education.
