NPC Research conducted focus groups with caseworkers, foster care providers, and parents involved with juvenile dependency court. Focus groups gathered information about participants’ experiences with juvenile dependency court and recommendations for improvements in court process. Recommendations were provided to California’s Blue Ribbon Commission on Children in Foster Care. This project was funded by the California Administrative Office of the Courts, Center for Families, Children and the Courts.
