Kenaitze, Henu’ Wellness Court Process and Outcome Evaluation

Research Purpose:

  1. Develop an evaluation plan
  2. Conduct a process evaluation to assess wellness court program’s fidelity to NADCP Adult Drug Court Best Practice Standards
  3. Review program data to assess data sufficiency for evaluating key outcomes

Project Design: Analysis of program data and summary results. Program data includes receipt of treatment services, court attendance, drug testing, criminal history, and recidivism.

Funding Source: The Kenaitze Indian Tribe has contracted with NPC Research to conduct the evaluation.
