Minnesota Statewide DWI Court Evaluation

Project Description: NPC provided the State of Minnesota with professional and technical services to develop a comprehensive approach to evaluate Minnesota DWI Courts, then conduct the evaluation, and submit a comprehensive report that presents the findings of the evaluation. The evaluation consisted of process assessment relating Minnesota’s DWI court practices to drug court best practices, as well as outcome and cost evaluations to provide detailed information about the effectiveness of Minnesota’s DWI Courts in decreasing DWI recidivism and producing cost savings.
