New Mexico DWI Court Evaluation

Project Description: NPC is performing a process evaluation in three New Mexico DWI courts for the purpose of investigating and recommending innovative best practices and evidenced based practices that should be incorporated in DWI Drug Court Programs. NPC will also provide technical assistance in implementing any changes in practice recommended in the process reports and agreed upon by the program and the AOC. In addition, NPC will perform an outcome evaluation including selecting the program and comparison group samples, exploring options for and obtaining access to data sources for criminal justice recidivism and other program outcome information and performing analysis of DWI recidivism and other outcomes of interest.
