Oregon Juvenile Crime Prevention Evaluation – Phase I

Status: complete

The JCP Phase 1 evaluation was a bridge contract between a prior evaluation team and a new model. The purpose of this contract was to assess the evaluation needs of the initiative and its many partners, analyze existing data, instruments, and processes, and make recommendations for changes. The primary deliverables included proposed data collection tools and an evaluation plan for the next evaluators to implement. Because of our work on this contract, the Criminal Justice Commission decided to continue contracting with the University of Oregon and NPC for the remainder of the biennium.
