Process, Outcome and Cost Evaluation of the Noble County (Indiana) Drug Court

Project Description: The Noble County Drug Court (NCDC) was awarded a 3-year SAMHSA grant that began in late 2010. This grant included funds for evaluation. In mid-2011, the NCDC contracted with NPC to conduct a process evaluation related to drug court best practices, as well as outcome and cost evaluations to provide detailed information about the effectiveness of Noble County Drug Court (NCDC) in affecting outcomes (including recidivism), and to understand the costs and benefits of the NCDC program.
