Statewide Evaluation of Missouri’s 4-Track Drug Court Initiative

Status: complete

Project Purpose: NPC collaborated with the Missouri Office of State Courts Administrator to conduct process, outcome and cost studies of several courts implementing innovative 4-track drug court programs to better tailor services and supervision to the risks and needs of participants. In addition, NPC developed a manual that the State can use with other jurisdictions as they move to implement similar initiatives.

Project Design: This project included process, outcome, and cost studies. The process study included an assessment of best practices and document review. The outcome and cost studies included data systems assessment, database design, and quantitative analyses of multiple agency data sets.
