Purpose: NPC assisted Washington County with an evaluation of an expansion of its adult drug court program. The drug court more than doubled its capacity in the year of the evaluation year. As part of the planned expansion, outreach targeted a special population of methamphetamine-using women and their children.
Project Design: This evaluation included the Meyer’s 10-Key Survey administered at program implementation and 1 and 2 years following implementation; key stakeholder interviews 1 and 2 years following implementation; and archival data collection from the Oregon Treatment Court Management System (OTCMS).
