Colin Holloway, Ph.D.

Dr. Holloway has conducted evaluations of juvenile justice and treatment court programs and has studied social and policy decision-making in areas of criminal law, jury behavior, and rehabilitative justice. He has recently joined NPC Research and stepped into projection direction responsibilities for the Shriver Civil Counsel Act evaluation, as well as several treatment court evaluations. Prior to joining NPC, Dr. Holloway’s legal experience included work as a certified landlord / tenant dispute mediator, and work as an attorney in Maryland, representing clients in criminal defense cases, contract disputes, and Equal Employment Opportunity Commission claims.
