David Reinitz joined NPC Research in June 2019 as a researcher and data coordinator. He participates in the evaluations of several Civil Legal Counsel programs, including managing data collection and leading analysis for the evaluation of the DC Bar Foundation’s Civil Legal Counsel Projects Program, as well as conducting analyses for the evaluations of the DCBF Access to Justice Grant and California’s Sargent Shriver Civil Counsel Act. In addition, he has been a part of numerous treatment court evaluations, including single site, statewide, and nationwide studies.
Mr. Reinitz has experience with various types of research techniques and methods, including data manipulation, cleaning, and analysis using statistical packages and languages including SPSS, Excel, Stata, Python, and SQL. In addition, he has significant experience with survey research methods and analysis, including systems such as Qualtrics and Alchemer.
Mr. Reinitz earned a Bachelor of Arts in economics at Reed College.
