Kate Kissick joined the company in June 2005 as researcher and analyst. In addition to currently consulting on NPC’s process, outcome, and cost studies across various individual, statewide, and national treatment court evaluations, she provides oversight, training, and standards development for NPC’s data analysts. During her tenure at NPC, Ms. Kissick has performed as the primary qualitative and quantitative analyst across a variety of content areas including substance use prevention, criminal justice interventions, early childhood development, child abuse prevention, and youth mentoring programs. Ms. Kissick supports ongoing company and staff growth and development, with a specific focus on hiring, training, and mentoring analysts. Her primary responsibilities include assisting principal investigators and project directions in research design and methodology; task coordination and analyst management; data management and collection across systems and platforms; assessing data quality and operationalizing research questions; analyzing qualitative and quantitative data; and creating presentations and reports.

Ms. Kissick earned a Bachelor of Arts in political science, with a minor in philosophy, at Oregon State University.
